Pan-fried Chicken stuffed with Leah’s Gourmet White Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 Breast of chicken (or substitute for turkey, it’ll taste great too!)
  • Leah’s Gourmet White Pudding (280g)
  • Pack of good quality Parma ham
  • Some salt & pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slit each breast of chicken and make a small pocket
  2. Stuff chicken breast with Leah’s Gourmet White Pudding
  3. Season with salt & pepper
  4. Wrap each chicken breast in Parma Ham
  5. Pan fry each chicken breast & Parma ham until it’s golden in colour
  6. Put in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
  7. Slice and serve with salad and redcurrant jelly
