Leah’s Gourmet Oriental Spiced Creamy Mature Cheddar Cheese Fritter & Fruit Chutney

Ingredients

  • 3 x 15g Leah’s Gourmet Spiced Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium egg lighten beaten with 30ml of Milk
  • 100g plain flour seasoned with salt & pepper
  • 100g panko crumb

Instructions

  1. In your hands roll the cheese into balls & repeat with the other two pieces.
  2. Pass through the flour & shake off any excess.
  3. Pass through the egg mixture, and the into the panko crumb.
  4. Deep fry 170°C for 1-2mins drain on kitchen paper & serve with salad leaves & chutney!
