- 3 x 15g Leah’s Gourmet Spiced Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium egg lighten beaten with 30ml of Milk
- 100g plain flour seasoned with salt & pepper
- 100g panko crumb
- In your hands roll the cheese into balls & repeat with the other two pieces.
- Pass through the flour & shake off any excess.
- Pass through the egg mixture, and the into the panko crumb.
- Deep fry 170°C for 1-2mins drain on kitchen paper & serve with salad leaves & chutney!
