- Leah’s Spicy Curry Sauce 1 tablespoon per person to 5 parts water per person
- ½ a small onion per person
- 1 clove garlic per person
- Peas and sweet corn or vegetables of choice
- Chicken Breasts, ½ per person
- Fry the onions, onions, and vegetables.
- Add the diced chicken.
- Add the curry and water together and add to the pan.
- Simmer until the sauce is cooked and a little thicker.
- Serve with rice or Fries.
