Leah’s Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • Leah’s Spicy Curry Sauce 1 tablespoon per person to 5 parts water per person
  • ½ a small onion per person
  • 1 clove garlic per person
  • Peas and sweet corn or vegetables of choice
  • Chicken Breasts, ½ per person

Instructions

  • Fry the onions, onions, and vegetables.
  • Add the diced chicken.
  • Add the curry and water together and add to the pan.
  • Simmer until the sauce is cooked and a little thicker.
  • Serve with rice or Fries.
