Leah’s Traditional Irish Breakfast Black Pudding is a blend of the finest of both Filipino and Irish traditions produced here in Ireland and paying homage to the ancient food traditions of both cultures.
However, this breakfast pudding has been produced without the use of ginger, chillies and garlic, it is an original recipe going back to Billy’s third generation Kerry family recipes. It is truly unique as each household had their own recipe in those times, and is being very well received in foodservice.
