This is produced in collaboration with one of Ireland’s Finest Artisan Cheese Makers going back three generations.
We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship that goes into this Irish cheese. This homemade tradition means that when we are making our farmhouse cheese, we prepare and blend all the 100% natural ingredients by hand.
Each batch is made by hand with no added artificial colours, additives or preservatives. The quality of our local fresh ingredients is second to none.
This Irish cheese is then matured naturally to give the perfect flavour balance.
Skill and art is applied to this cheese during the traditional handcrafting process.
This cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk and is gluten free, suitable for vegetarians using vegetable rennet.
